My package is missing. What do I do?Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

How are my items shipped?Local items are delivered by courier, unless stated otherwise. International items are shipped via DHL Express.

When will my order be shipped ?Your order will be processed within 5 business days of you placing your order, unless stated otherwise. Please note, this excludes weekends and holidays. Pre Order items will be shipped in 7-8 weeks.

When will I receive my order?Local Shipping takes 1 business day to arrive, whilst International shipping takes 3-5 business days after processing. Please note, this excludes weekends and holidays. Kindly check your email for confirmation and tracking details.

Why was my order cancelled?Unfortunately, our third-party insurance company cancels orders that they deem to be high-risk. Several reasons may cause this, however, we are unaware of why. If your order was cancelled, you will see a refund back to your account in 3-10 business days.

I want to cancel an order, what do I do?If you would like to cancel/change an order that was just placed, you can send an email to info@aponkyethegoat.store requesting the cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel/change your order.
