    We operate and ship from our facility in Accra, Ghana.

  • My package is missing. What do I do?
    Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.
  • How are my items shipped?
    Local items are delivered by courier, unless stated otherwise. International items are shipped via DHL Express.
  • When will my order be shipped ?
    Your order will be processed within 5 business days of you placing your order, unless stated otherwise. Please note, this excludes weekends and holidays. Pre Order items will be shipped in 7-8 weeks.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Local Shipping takes 1 business day to arrive, whilst International shipping takes 3-5 business days after processing. Please note, this excludes weekends and holidays. Kindly check your email for confirmation and tracking details.
  • Why was my order cancelled?
    Unfortunately, our third-party insurance company cancels orders that they deem to be high-risk. Several reasons may cause this, however, we are unaware of why. If your order was cancelled, you will see a refund back to your account in 3-10 business days.
  • I want to cancel an order, what do I do?
    If you would like to cancel/change an order that was just placed, you can send an email to info@aponkyethegoat.store requesting the cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel/change your order.
  • Can I exchange an item?
    At this time we are not able to offer exchanges.
  • The item I want is sold out. What do I do?
    Select "Notify When Available" and enter your email address. An email will be sent upon restock.
